About Us

Pinnacle was set up by Alistair McLeod, an arboriculturist with 20 years experience of the UK and European arboriculture and landscape industries.

Prior to setting up Pinnacle, Alistair worked with developers, architects, land managers and planning consultants across the UK, helping them to manage tree & landscape constraints that threatened the viability of their schemes.

Deciding that he could offer better value for money and a more streamlined service, Alistair decided to set up Pinnacle for the primary aim of helping clients identify possible pitfalls and constraints up-front of the development proposal and tackling them head on to prevent any surprises further down the line. There are times of course when clients will be exposed to various threats once their schemes are up and running; Pinnacle is available to support clients in such circumstances and welcomes instructions at any stage of the client project.

Among the key strategic aims of Pinnacle is to be able to offer a 'one-stop-shop' service to clients in respect of arboriculture, landscape and ecology. We look forward to achieving this through sustained growth and application of the principles of partnering with all of our clients.
